Above is the 2009 Season Highlight Video of Harrisburg High School’s Chris DeVan. DeVan is a 5′9″ , 170 pound Junior Tailback who started for the first time in his career this season. He shared the backfield with talented running back Jawon Chisholm, who will be graduating this year. DeVan is a speedy back with good hands, but tough enough to go inside when needed. He should be able to take the experience of starting this year and use it as a stepping stone going into next season.
